1 General Terms

By using the bdbajivip website and its associated services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bdbajivip and its users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Bdbajivip may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdbajivip regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Wagering Requirement

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, if a bonus has a 20x wagering requirement and the bonus amount is ৳1000, you will need to wager ৳20,000 before making a withdrawal.

• Wagers placed with bonus funds are generally counted at 100% for slots and 10–20% for table games.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified period after claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Bdbajivip reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on bdbajivip are operated in accordance with international standards. Each game has its own specific rules, which can be found within the game itself.

Sports Betting

The following rules apply to Sports Betting:

• If a bet is confirmed before the match begins and the match is subsequently cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Bdbajivip is not liable for bets cancelled due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdbajivip reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Casino Games

All casino games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the game information section. bdbajivip does not influence the outcome of any game.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdbajivip and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Multi-Account: Operating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit the system to claim excess bonuses.

8 Account Closure

Bdbajivip may unilaterally close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed with a valid balance remaining, bdbajivip will arrange a refund. However, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to prohibited activity.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bdbajivip accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Errors caused by third-party software or hardware.
• Service disruptions due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).
• Losses resulting from the user's own errors.
